Bulldog volleyball goes 3-0 at St. Ansgar

Even on a down night, the Lake Mills volleyball team is tough to beat.
Bulldogs head coach Jim Boehmer said no one on his team had a great night Thursday at the St. Ansgar Quad tournament, but a collective effort got the job done.
Lake Mills (34-3) won all three of its matches on the night, beating Forest City 21-19, 15-21, 15-8; St. Ansgar 21-18, 21-10 and North Sentral Kossuth 21-18, 21-18.
The 10th-ranked Bulldogs begin the regional tournament Tuesday against Central Springs in Lake Mills.
